what i do

four years helping ai, saas and web3 companies build a presence people actually stop scrolling for. i run content strategy, gtm positioning and launch campaigns end to end, with no "let me loop in the team" delays. mostly it's just me doing the thing, video included, which means a campaign doesn't stall waiting on an agency.

most recently pond ai, an ai agent marketplace, where i led content and wrote the go-to-market, and kosh (formerly copperx), onchain banking on solana, where i owned growth and social through a card launch, a rebrand and a points system. before that reveel, codigo, bloom, okto wallet and playfair, through modjo.

ai agent marketplace. i established the brand narrative and the 0 to 1 distribution strategy for a technical ai audience, growing the ai focused audience 70% in three months by turning complex agent utility into vertical video and narrative led content. i owned x and linkedin founder content, then ran a full content audit and pivot: repositioning the brand away from its crypto associations and moving the icp from solo founders, to investors, to an ai agent marketplace. resource led posts, leading with value instead of a product pitch, reached close to 10k organic reach on every alternate post.

alongside it i wrote the gtm and repositioning plan that made sales lead generation the primary vertical, positioning pond as the low cost alternative to apollo and clay for lead gen bounties, with competitive research across clay, upwork, fiverr and whop. i ran the paid x campaigns too: the best creative, "two robots ad 2", did 1.02m impressions, 8,348 link clicks, 0.82% ctr and $0.0048 cpc, roughly 7x the click-through and 4 to 9x the cost efficiency of the other two campaigns in the same window. i planned and executed the referral programme launch and the bounty promotions. the repositioning strategy itself was delivered, not executed, before the engagement ended.

kosh

growth & social
jun 2025 – mar 2026

onchain banking on solana, formerly copperx. i owned growth, social strategy and campaign execution across the card launch, the rebrand, event content and the points system. followers 2.5x, engagement 3x. moved the audience mix to match a us focus: india from about 50% down to 13.5%, us from 5% up to 29%.

i also started video content from nothing and built the brand and employee led formats the account still runs on. the written half of the launch:

modjo

social lead
five client accounts

through the agency i strategised and ran the socials for five clients: ct-native storytelling, partnership drops, launch content, meme formats and mascot posts.

screenshots from the analytics of the accounts i ran, not numbers copied into a deck.

04

video

23 clips

video is a channel i run rather than outsource. these are the clips i wrote, shot, appeared in and cut myself, starting with my own series and my own account.

05

how i work

narrative and launch planning. timing is most of it. from a product beta to a full launch, the job is knowing when to build anticipation and when to break it with noise. i build platform-native plans that track your actual roadmap, so a release turns into narrative momentum rather than a posting schedule.

content that clicks. good tech content isn't polished corporate slides. it's threads, demos, reaction content, storytelling, screenshots and video. i make the kind people save, share and send in a dm. built for the platform, built for reach.

presence that stays online. if you're not part of the conversation, you don't exist. i keep the brand visible in the right threads, active through launches, quiet periods and market shifts, even when the core team is offline.

asked first

how do i know if i need a content marketer?

if you can't post consistently, engagement is flat, or the effort going in isn't turning into anything, that's the signal.

how soon do results show?

some campaigns move fast. most of it compounds. a few months of consistent work is where the difference is usually obvious.

which platforms do you run?

x, linkedin and instagram. if you have something else in mind, ask.

how often will we talk?

a weekly or fortnightly check-in to review progress and plan what's next, and i'm reachable in between for anything urgent.
